Shipping/Handling Policy:

Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery on orders shipping within the US. Please allow 7-12 business days for all other international orders. Most orders are shipped via UPS Ground. Orders shipping to a PO BOX, APO, FPO, Hawaii, Alaska and most international destinations will be sent via US Priority Mail. If an item that you order is out of stock, it may take 2-3 weeks depending upon availability. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order ships. Credit cards are not charged and money orders are not cashed until the order ships.

Customers outside of the U.S. are responsible for any additional import duties/taxes that their country may charge. HauseOfHoweClothing.com will not be held responsible for such charges and will not be responsible for return shipping charges if the order is refused.

Shipped Partial: One or more of your items may be on Backorder or Permanently Out Of Stock. The items that are currently available have shipped out and are on the way to you. When the unshipped portion of your order ships out, the status will change to Shipped Partial - Order Complete.

Shipped Partial - Order Complete: The remainder of backordered / available items on your order have shipped out.
